About the role

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for Automation across Southeast Asia
  • Identify emerging demand, shape market pathways, and ensure capitalization on new business potential
  • Support customer deployments and strengthen value propositions
  • Develop dealer capability
  • Lead a regional Automation team and collaborate with different stakeholders for smooth execution

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Mining, Automation, Business, or a related field
  • Significant experience (8–10+ years) in mining, tunnelling, Automation, digital systems, or similar industrial sectors
  • Proven success in sales leadership, business development, or regional commercial roles
  • Experience working with dealers, distributors, or multi‑country channel partners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across operations, service, supply chain, and commercial functions
  • Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English, with SEA languages as a plus
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural region
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed
