About the role
- Lead the design, modeling, documentation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and BPM methodologies
- Facilitate process workshops, value‑stream mapping, and root‑cause analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure all processes follow standardized definitions, guidelines, and methodologies for consistency and transparency across the business
- Own and maintain process documentation in the central repository, ensuring revisions reflect both strategic needs and operational reality
- Drive structured improvement initiatives (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.) to reduce waste and improve process efficiency
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, inspection processes, and compliance checkpoints across workflow stages
- Ensure quality master data (inspection criteria, sampling plans, methods, etc.) is properly maintained and adhered to
- Coordinate cross‑functional quality reviews, audits, and corrective action initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and technical stakeholders to ensure product, service, and process quality meet internal standards and customer expectations
- Lead investigations into quality or process non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented
- Lead the journey to an integrated Management System with ISO 9001 compliance certification and maintenance for the certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in business process mapping & management, quality assurance, continuous improvement, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection processes, and quality improvement processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven Project Management experience
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is preferable.
