- Oversee sales for software solutions in Northern United States and Canada
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new clients

Requirements
- 15+ years in sales within CAD/CAM or software solutions
- At least 5 years in a people leadership position
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of CAD/CAM software solutions
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
