About the role
- Develop and design customized metal cutting solutions for Automotive, Oil & Gas, Die & Mold segments
- Support markets: Italy, Czech Republic, Germany
- Review product development requirements for feasibility and manufacturing alignment
- Lead development and design of new products
- Hand over finalized methods, processes, and equipment to production teams
- Model new designs and produce engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD
- Define functional requirements, test and integrate components into final solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation
- Maintain compliance with safety and industry design standards
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering (ideally focused on cutting tools or related field)
- At least three years of experience in a similar technical role
- Skilled at managing internal and external customer relationships
- Hands-on experience with modern CAD systems
- Knowledge of CAM or CAE tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Experience in metalworking
- Knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation (may have)
- Project management principles experience (may have)
