About the role
- We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to head our Transformation Design section. Ensure Operations is represented from the earliest stages of project design and act as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and Product. Collaborate with Heads of Departments and Head of Sections across operational streams across Luxembourg, Frankfurt, and Prague. Build new capabilities within the team, particularly in business functional analysis, and lead a team of 14 professionals. Drive change leadership, process design & optimization, governance & reporting to Head of Operations Transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within Operations or related functions. Strong background in project and change management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop senior teams through change, including across multiple locations. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Experience working in cross-functional environments, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex industry.
