About the role
- Leads the specification and implementation of projects in line with organizational project management standards, policies, and principles.
- Manage Product assortment, performance, and present optimizing solutions, i.e., Product Life Cycle Management.
- Provides technical support and feedback with different project stakeholders.
- Support in preparing sales forecasts, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and actively engage improving the sales performance.
- Collaboration with marketing for advertising and promotions activities.
- Create an atmosphere of trust, energy, and engagement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the metal machining industry, with at least 10 years in sales or applications.
- Proven expertise in automotive machining applications.
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally.
