About the role
- Define and manage overall test strategy, approach, and execution for Salesforce projects.
- Lead test planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure test deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with development, business, and QA teams to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.
- Provide leadership in both manual and automated testing initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing testing for Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience using JIRA Xray test management functionality for test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for Salesforce.
- Experience managing 10-20 testers in a larger testing program across multiple streams.
