Responsible for Production, Purchasing, Production planning, EHS, and Quality for equipment and batteries at Turku Supply
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and at agreed quality level
Develop leadership capabilities within the supply organization and foster team growth
Manage preparation and execution of production plans aligned with organizational objectives
Manage and develop factory capacity to meet current and future production demands
Lead management and development of factory resources, optimizing workforce and material utilization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, quality, lead time, OTD, NWC, and cost control
Oversee net working capital management including raw material inventory and WIP
Support development of EHS practices and ensure compliance with local/global EHS, Finance, and HR guidelines
Manage and enhance overall factory performance and lead KPI development
Collaborate with production units (Chanqzhou, Seremban, Camarillo), local/global Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Offering
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to inspire and guide teams
Collaborative approach and ability to work across functions and cultures
Solid understanding of production management and principles
Familiarity with production development methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
Solid understanding of the FOD process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Time management, prioritization, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with reporting tools (plus)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Finnish
