About the role
- Develop and organize training for sales and service personnel on their respective products
- Provide technical training to the service network and customers regarding operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Provide technical assistance to end users, operators, and service personnel
- Assist in compiling specific data for warranty claim processes and for machine improvements
- Collaborate with customers to develop complete system projects, project schedules, and commissioning activities
- Perform equipment installation, project commissioning, and product demonstrations
Requirements
- Two-year diploma in an electrical discipline or equivalent experience
- 7 years of technical experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) in spoken and written form is an asset
- Project management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to train others and transfer knowledge
- Willingness to travel is essential
- Valid driver's license
