About the role

  • Develop and organize training for sales and service personnel on their respective products
  • Provide technical training to the service network and customers regarding operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Provide technical assistance to end users, operators, and service personnel
  • Assist in compiling specific data for warranty claim processes and for machine improvements
  • Collaborate with customers to develop complete system projects, project schedules, and commissioning activities
  • Perform equipment installation, project commissioning, and product demonstrations

Requirements

  • Two-year diploma in an electrical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of technical experience
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in spoken and written form is an asset
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to train others and transfer knowledge
  • Willingness to travel is essential
  • Valid driver's license
