About the role
- Actively sources, recruits, screens, interviews and offers candidates for full time positions at the site
- Provide creativity in sourcing candidates to include job boards, job fairs
- Hosts Job Fairs/Events - secure facilities, establish local contacts, create postings online and handouts, marketing materials
- Prepares offer letter packages and supports new hires with seamless onboarding process
- Consult with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for open position(s)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to assess their hiring needs and create a recruitment plan
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Utilize a variety of pipeline generation sources to grow and cultivate a broad and diverse pipeline of talent
- Screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews
- Manage the communication, scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting
- technical/maintenance and sales recruiting experience a plus
- 2+ years’ experience with college recruitment preferred
- Workday experience preferred
- Experience with recruitment platforms and assessment tools
