About the role

  • Actively sources, recruits, screens, interviews and offers candidates for full time positions at the site
  • Provide creativity in sourcing candidates to include job boards, job fairs
  • Hosts Job Fairs/Events - secure facilities, establish local contacts, create postings online and handouts, marketing materials
  • Prepares offer letter packages and supports new hires with seamless onboarding process
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for open position(s)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to assess their hiring needs and create a recruitment plan
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Utilize a variety of pipeline generation sources to grow and cultivate a broad and diverse pipeline of talent
  • Screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews
  • Manage the communication, scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting
  • technical/maintenance and sales recruiting experience a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience with college recruitment preferred
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and assessment tools
