About the role
- Drive direct revenue growth
- Oversee performance and collaboration with sales partners

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field required
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in B2B technical sales
- Proven success managing full sales cycles
- 3–5 years of experience managing relationships with distribution partners
- Strong experience in sales cycle management
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience in account management and renewals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
