Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensure appropriate financial and KPIs are identified, measured, and reported.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances to financial targets and metrics against actual results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide timely monthly and quarterly analytical reporting and financial insights to assigned business and finance leaders.

FP&A Analyst

Accountant

• Oversee month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare and private equity-backed businesses.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite) for accurate financial tracking.

Senior Staff Accountant

Insurance

• Provides billing support for the Sandstone Care billing team. Responsible for inputting data into multiple systems related to client information, insurance information, attendance and coding for services rendered.
• Coordinates with billing team to immediately resolve billing inconsistencies and delinquent data.
• Responsible for verification of benefits, billing data, claims submission, claim corrections, claim re-submissions, claim follow up and appeals.
• Navigate insurance payer phone trees and obtain valid information.
• Generates revenue by making payment arrangements; collecting accounts; monitoring and pursuing delinquent accounts.
• Presents ideas and collaborates with billing team about billing practices and methods to increase revenue.
