About the role

  • Lead Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) activities for REWaM
  • Review and approve business cases and investment proposals
  • Partner effectively with REWaM head and Region leads to provide cost transparency
  • Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes
  • Drive financial planning cycles (Budget, MYF, Latest Outlook) for direct costs, Capex, and FTEs
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities, communicate outliers versus plan promptly
  • Support development and mentoring of experienced BPA professionals within the REWaM team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance/business; MBA/CA/CFA a plus
  • Min 15+ years of total experience in Finance
  • Demonstrated track record of effective business partnering across large and diverse teams
  • Forecasting, budgeting, cost transparency, management reporting, business case evaluation
  • Cross-functional partnering, influencing, communication.
