About the role

  • Independently execute and lead Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of company acquisitions and disposals (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Lead vendor assistance projects, model business plans, and support project management by acting as an interface between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
  • Responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and advisory support

Requirements

  • University degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a focus on finance
  • Minimum of 5+ years' relevant professional experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
  • Strong knowledge of the transaction environment, including balance sheet analysis and financial modelling
  • Excellent proficiency with common analytical tools (e.g., MS Excel)
  • Strong client focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Fluent German and English language skills (business/professional proficiency)
