About the role
- Handle low-complexity legal matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting pleadings and other court documents, and supporting the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings.
- Assist the legal team with legislative research, case law analysis, and support in preparing reports and legal opinions.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and technical standards, provide initial client assistance under supervision, and contribute to the firm's organization and efficiency.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Minimum of 6 months' experience as an intern or in a practical role at a law firm or legal department;
- Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting pleadings and legal documents, case and deadline management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
