General Counsel

• Ensure the monitoring and management of a portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings for clients; guide the review and development of procedural pleadings and legal documents in general; and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm's proprietary system.
• Draft and implement high-complexity legal instruments (requiring deep analysis, autonomy, delivery capacity and agility); assess risks, perform diagnostics and recommend the best legal alternatives to enable achievement of the firm's objectives.
• Develop and plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security and corporate law, with an emphasis on contracts, intellectual property and preventive law; prepare legal studies and opinions, interrelated legal analyses and doctrinal research concerning various proceedings and other matters within the field of law in general.
