Key responsibilities & impact

Perform screening, organization, verification and control of physical and digital documents related to mortgage lending operations, ensuring integrity, traceability and up-to-date portfolio information;
Support the execution of operational stages of out-of-court flows associated with contracts, following procedures and guidelines established by the client;
Monitor operational deadlines, update systems and manage portfolio requests, ensuring compliance, predictability and adherence to defined SLAs;
Populate internal and client systems with operational information, request status, actions taken and portfolio developments, ensuring data quality and reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6 months of experience in complex and varied administrative activities, preferably in medium to large corporate environments;
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and integrated management systems (ERP);
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Management Processes, Financial Management or related fields; a Law degree will be considered a plus;
Legal experience is desirable.
