About the role

  • Ensure the monitoring and management of a portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings for clients; advise on the review and development of pleadings and legal documents in general; and prepare case reports and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system;
  • Draft and execute high-complexity legal instruments (requiring in-depth analysis, autonomy, delivery capacity, and agility), assessing risks, conducting diagnostics, and recommending the best legal alternatives to enable achievement of the firm’s objectives;
  • Develop and plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security (previdenciária) and corporate law, with emphasis on contracts, intellectual property and preventive (risk-prevention) practice; prepare legal studies and opinions, interrelated legal analyses and doctrinal research, concerning various proceedings and other matters within the field of law in general.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law or Civil Law; postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure or Labor Law are a plus;
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in general litigation and debt recovery; proficiency in Civil, Contract, Corporate and Civil Procedure law, Labor Procedure and Labor Law, with proven experience managing complex civil, labor and administrative cases;
  • Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills and professional ethics.
