About the role

  • Provide legal assistance to the firm’s clients on a variety of matters, focusing on document review, drafting procedural pleadings, supporting negotiations, and structuring strategies to maximize the success of cases and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with legal norms, contribute to achieving defined objectives and legal certainty, and act as a negotiator and conflict resolver to secure clear, efficient, and results-oriented resolutions. Work across multiple stages of judicial and administrative proceedings, from contract review and drafting to representing clients in litigation and administrative matters, aiming to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver the best legal solutions to achieve maximum client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law and active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); postgraduate courses such as Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a differential, as are specializations in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure with emphasis on drafting procedural pleadings and contract analysis; negotiation and dispute-resolution skills; ability to work as part of a team; and excellent oral and written communication.
  • Legal knowledge in Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparing pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
