About the role

  • Provide client service in a range of matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting pleadings, supporting negotiations, and structuring strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with legal standards, contribute to meeting defined objectives and legal certainty, and act as a negotiator and conflict resolver to secure clear and efficient resolutions with a results-oriented approach.
  • Work across multiple stages of judicial proceedings, from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative processes, aiming to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver optimal legal solutions that maximize client outcomes.
  • Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity, assess risks, conduct legal diagnostics, and recommend the best legal alternatives to enable the achievement of the firm’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus, as is specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law.
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in law firms or in corporate legal departments. Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract review. Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills, ability to work in a team, and excellent oral and written communication.
  • Legal knowledge in Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting of pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
