About the role
- You support our HR Business Partners and the leadership team with all administrative matters
- You administratively manage a specific employee group and maintain our systems
- You handle cases related to temporary agency employment (where we act as the lender)
- You answer questions from employees and, when applicable, managers
- You take on project tasks and support the team in establishing the matrix organization and the HR transformation
- You work closely with the payroll team
Requirements
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training (preferably a certified HR specialist / Personalfachkaufmann)
- You already have experience in personnel administration
- You are experienced with collective bargaining agreements (including job classification) and in preparing contract amendments
- You enjoy working with various software tools and are confident using MS Office
- You are service-oriented and act as a reliable point of contact for employees
- You organize your work independently and act proactively
