About the role
- Demonstrate experience and responsibility: In this role you will establish a successful project approach that lays the foundation for our projects to “future‑proof hospitals,” with a focus on renovation and building within existing facilities.
- Knowledge transfer encouraged: Be an inspiration to the project management team by providing technical leadership on projects and serving as a mentor.
- Take the reins: Manage multiple planning and construction measures (multi‑project management) with responsibility for schedule, cost, quality and risk in all project phases according to AHO.
- Key metrics under your responsibility: project budgets, reporting to clients and participation in the strategic development and annual planning of construction projects in the region.
- Organize and coordinate permit and tender preparation in cooperation with planners and authorities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management/industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management of complex construction projects, ideally in healthcare, hospital construction or demanding renovation projects in existing buildings
- Solid knowledge of project control, in particular schedule, cost and quality management, as well as experience with tendering and awarding of construction contracts
- Structured, solution‑oriented working style and strong communication skills when dealing with clients, planners, authorities and project partners
- Leadership skills and experience in technical or disciplinary management of project teams and in coordinating external project participants
