About the role
- Whether kitchen, cleaning or logistics — thanks to you the hospital runs smoothly behind the scenes. You find the right talent for our blue-collar positions and also bring the right people on board for white-collar roles.
- With your passion for recruiting, you independently manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process and ensure candidates feel welcome at Sana from the first contact.
- Together with your hiring managers, you develop and own practical strategies that really work — scalable, creative and always people-focused.
- You create job postings that convince and stand out. For this you identify the appropriate channels and platforms.
- You review applications and make the preliminary selection for your operational entities.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You can draw on several years of recruiting experience — from specialists to executives, ideally also in blue-collar/operational areas.
- You monitor your KPIs, are confident using modern recruiting tools, and have a good sense for trends and market movements.
- A professional demeanor, strong communication skills and a genuine service-oriented mindset distinguish you.
