About the role

  • As head of our HR department, your task is to ensure the smooth running of all employee-related processes as an HR Business Partner at Sana Clinics Düsseldorf
  • You support managers on all personnel matters, advise them on disciplinary issues, and take pleasure in playing a leading role in shaping the culture development process
  • You develop and implement creative strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in collaboration with Corporate Communications and HR marketing/employer branding
  • You contribute your experience with HR metrics to the execution and further development of our planning processes
  • You work in company-wide working groups to continuously advance our HR management
  • You enjoy constructive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic collaboration with all stakeholders inside — for example, with our works council — and outside the organization

Requirements

  • You have an approachable, open, and highly empathetic personality
  • You hold a completed university degree with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification, and several years of leadership experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • You have solid knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining (TVöD), and works constitution law
  • For a wide range of issues, you find bold, creative, and smart solutions
  • You are strong in communication, goal-oriented, and able to be both professional and personable
  • You have a strong drive to shape initiatives, an independent and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with a motivated team
