About the role
- You further develop and operate the compliance and risk management system for monitoring the Sana Group’s supply chains and make use of digital screening tools.
- You implement the Group-wide supply chain strategy as part of the sustainability strategy and independently plan and lead subprojects with clear timelines and action plans.
- You design, develop and deliver training for employees, customers and suppliers on sustainability, compliance and supply chain requirements.
- You coordinate closely with Procurement and Sustainability teams, work in cross-functional task forces, and further develop Group-wide processes and catalogs of measures.
- You ensure compliance with statutory and non-statutory documentation and reporting requirements, plan and accompany audits in the supply chain and support sustainability ratings.
Requirements
- You hold a degree related to sustainability or a comparable qualification with a clear sustainability focus, and have relevant experience in sustainability or compliance management along the supply chain.
- You work in a very structured manner, have initial project experience and can translate complex issues into clear measures.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally have experience with digital screening and reporting tools for sustainability ratings, and are comfortable working with data.
- You organise your work independently, take responsibility and enjoy driving topics forward in the healthcare sector.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken; occasional business travel to internal and external partners is not an obstacle for you.
