About the role

  • Responsibility for strategically important key accounts
  • Development, planning and implementation of the nationwide sales strategy in Germany for the assigned key account
  • Establishing and expanding contacts with decision makers on the customer side
  • Ensuring and monitoring achievement of sales targets in cooperation with all relevant internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Regional Sales, SCM, Finance, Inside Sales, etc.
  • Preparation of forecasts
  • Responsibility for all sales-related measures, including implementation of marketing activities and the successful introduction of new products
  • Reporting line to the Head of Key Account Management

Requirements

  • Preferably a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and sales of consumer electronics, ideally with a focus on home appliances
  • Understanding of buyer decision-making processes and existing market structures
  • A high level of self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility
  • Team player with an affinity for cross-departmental collaboration
  • Result-oriented and efficient working style, with strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong negotiation skills and high stress resilience
  • Fluent German and business-level English skills, and proficiency in common PC tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High willingness to travel (throughout Germany) is required.
