About the role
- Conduct efficient, ethical and professional investigations across all business organizations including intake and fact-finding interviews
- Lead complex employee relations investigations and summarize findings in written reports
- Develop and lead best in class employment practices strategies to address employee relations issues
- Research, design and implement best in class practices in Employment Practices group to advance effective investigations and program implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations
- 8 - 10 years professional Human Resources and/or employee relations experience
- Experience conducting internal investigations, drafting investigation reports, and reporting to leadership
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. Federal, state, and local employment laws and trends
