About the role
- Support the sales team by managing customer relationships (Amazon) and overseeing order processing and logistics operations.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, resolves operational challenges, and contributes to strategic projects that enhance efficiency.
- Managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Participating in initiatives to optimize logistics programs and develop new processes for improved efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field required.
- 6+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
