Requirements

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboarding is required. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas) are a must. Codex proficiency highly preferred
A foundational understanding of the 'Lead-to-Renewal' lifecycle, pipeline coverage ratios, and sales development motions.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level presentations (Slides/Powerpoint).
Experience managing large-scale data sets and account segmentation (e.g., building 'propensity-to-buy' models).
