About the role

  • Develop tailored programs to close performance gaps within the Renewals organization.
  • Create and implement learning programs that support company-wide shifts.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for the field, developing and delivering training materials.
  • Represent the unique learning needs of the Renewals team across the broader business.
  • Champion and role-model Samsara’s core values as we scale globally.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Renewals Strategy team to turn analytical insights into actionable playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience in a sales or account management role (Enterprise or technical sales preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach sales leadership as 'change agents'.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
