About the role
- Partner with engineering and data teams to identify, evaluate, and deliver practical AI-enabled capabilities within GTM systems
- Understand GTM organization's business objectives, processes, and strategies to craft a technology vision and roadmap
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Sales Systems and report on product performance
- Adopt a design-centric approach to create user-friendly, scalable, and adaptable solutions
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in software or platform development
- Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Entitlement Management System (EMS), CRM, CPQ (Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in collaborating across technology, engineering, and product teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms
