About the role

  • Responsibility for analyzing and resolving technical issues related to our products and services
  • Supporting customers with installation of samedi and configuration of interfaces to the primary system
  • Performing data imports
  • Using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash to automate recurring tasks or implement quick solutions
  • Advanced troubleshooting: support our 2nd-level support for customers, analyze and resolve technical faults
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation to ensure the quality and traceability of our portfolio
  • Contributing to the administration, expansion, and optimization of both internal systems and customer systems, including their deployment and maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, university degree, or comparable entry-level qualification in IT
  • Strong personal affinity and enthusiasm for computing, hardware, and software, both professionally and privately
  • Experience administering Windows, macOS, RHEL, and Ubuntu, as well as networks
  • Basic knowledge of databases and programming languages such as C#/.NET and HTML/XML
  • Professional-level German and English, both spoken and written, including technical terminology
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, and willingness to assist with support troubleshooting
