• First point of contact for potential new customers and proactive outreach to decision-makers
• Conduct product presentations remotely and on-site at client facilities
• Convert warm leads from marketing campaigns into satisfied new customers
• Prepare proposals and maintain all activities in the CRM
• Attend trade shows and events in the region to actively generate leads
