About the role

  • Full project management and consulting for small projects
  • Independent planning and allocation of project resources
  • Independent execution of projects, including software configuration and training
  • Preparation of project-related reporting, documentation, and project control
  • Participation in large customer projects, e.g., in areas such as configuration, training, and operational support

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Customer Success, consulting, or project management — ideally in a SaaS or healthcare environment
  • Strong understanding of project workflows for software implementations
  • Confident client management and clear, goal-oriented communication
  • Independent risk management and a responsible working style
  • High quality standards and a proactive, initiative-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (up to 50%)
  • Business-oriented thinking and a clear understanding of the value our solutions deliver
  • Excellent German and good English skills
