About the role
- Provide solutions to our customers' user questions regarding operation and administration, including via remote sessions
- Support our customers' patients with questions about using their patient accounts
- Categorize customer inquiries and involve other teams as needed for a seamless handover
- Continuously update our customer documentation in our CRM system and work with an integrated service desk system
- Collect, structure, and forward product-related inquiries to Product Management
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in customer support, preferably in the IT sector or e‑health
- Enthusiasm for digitizing the healthcare system and the workflows between doctors and patients
- Preference for software solutions with complex rule sets and variable solution paths
- Solution-oriented mindset; you enjoy explaining complex topics simply and sharing your knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Very good German language skills
