About the role
- Deploy: Install "Same" in your company’s Slack or Microsoft Teams (setup takes exactly 2 minutes).
- Pilot: Run a 4-week beta test with your team (or a specific department).
- Feedback: Join a quick 1-on-1 strategy call with our Founder once a month to roast our features, suggest new ones, and tell us exactly what’s broken.
- Advocate: Help us define the global standard for modern team culture.
Requirements
- You use Slack or Teams: Your company lives in these platforms, but you can feel the "silence" or the departmental silos forming.
- You are a Decision Maker: You are a Head of People, HR Manager, Founder, or Team Lead who has the authority (or IT relationship) to install a Slack/Teams integration.
