• Support the employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and HR documentation management
• Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollments, updates, vendor coordination, and open enrollment execution
• Maintain and audit HRIS data integrity (Rippling or similar systems); run reports and support HR data tracking
• Extract and organize HR data across platforms and manipulate datasets in Google Sheets to support reporting and operational needs
• Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure employee data, compensation updates, and benefit deductions are accurately reflected for payroll processing

Account Manager

• Lead and scale Samba’s Programmatic Account Management team across the EMEA region.
• Own the client relationship from planning through renewal while driving revenue retention and expansion.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, and Platform partners.
• Ensure that Samba’s audience and measurement products deliver measurable value to a rapidly expanding client base.
• Combine strategic leadership with operational rigor, building team structures while remaining close enough to the work to unblock problems and raise execution standards.

Associate Director, Programmatic Account Management

Technical Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end technical roadmap process, from intake and triage through commitment, execution, and launch.
• Propose as well as review and evaluate incoming technical initiative proposals from engineering teams, validating problem statements, assessing cross-team impact, and negotiating priority.
• Maintain and communicate a prioritized backlog of technical initiatives.
• Define and document requirements for cross-team and org-level initiatives, working with platform teams and impacted engineering teams to gather and validate inputs.
• Partner with the PMO to translate the prioritized roadmap into quarterly team commitments, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Advocate for enablement and technical risk reduction initiatives in prioritization discussions alongside Product leadership.
• Coordinate across engineering teams during execution of cross-team initiatives, confirming that solutions meet requirements and that all affected teams have delivered before initiatives are closed.

Sales Engineer

• Build collaborative relationships with enterprise sales teams as a trusted resource for product and technical expertise.
• Enhance sales opportunities by joining first-contact client meetings to present all Samba solutions in a trusted, consultative manner and being able to hone in on the correct product solution, whether that is a measurement use case or data licensing opportunity.
• Actively participate in the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing, leveraging deep knowledge of Samba TV’s offerings to articulate value and drive decision-making.
• Promote Samba TV’s products with a sales-focused mindset while maintaining trust by aligning solutions to genuine client needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, analyzing clients' needs to recommend the best Samba TV products and demonstrating how they deliver results.
• Be able to probe a client's business challenges and innovate Samba’s enterprise data solutions or measurement solutions to fit and overcome those challenges, such as recommending tune-in or TV outcomes-based solutions.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences while providing in-depth explanations to technical stakeholders when needed.
• Address technical challenges collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth implementation and seamless client experiences.
• Leverage expertise in media measurement tools, TV tune-in metrics, and outcomes-based analytics to craft technical solutions that demonstrate Samba’s ability to drive success.
• Utilize knowledge of APIs, clean rooms, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Ensure Samba’s products integrate smoothly with client systems while highlighting their role in achieving key measurement outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Samba TV’s products, using data insights to guide sales strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs, contributing to go-to-market strategies that emphasize measurable client benefits.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product improvements and refine solution delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging around Samba TV’s value propositions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, facilitating clear and effective communication to meet client expectations.
• Represent Samba TV at client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions, advocating for our capabilities in trusted and outcome-driven selling.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle of Samba TV’s advertising solutions
• Sell SambaTV’s suite of advertising solutions to leading brand advertisers
• Prospect, qualify, close and scale revenue-generating relationships
• Collaborate with account management to deliver proposals
