About the role

  • Provide end-to-end customer consulting for the planning and implementation of turnkey projects in the beverage industry, worldwide
  • Manage customer relationships and support new customer acquisition in collaboration with the KHS Sales Team
  • Prepare proposals for feasibility studies, project design studies and turnkey projects in the beverage industry
  • Coordinate project-related activities across all relevant specialist departments within Innoplant and the KHS Group
  • Develop feasibility and project design studies for turnkey projects in the beverage industry
  • Manage projects and process orders related to feasibility and project design studies
  • Provide functional leadership of a project team
  • Select suppliers and manage technical clarifications for third-party equipment
  • Conduct order, pricing and contract negotiations in cooperation with the Head of Department and the KHS Sales Team

Requirements

  • Preferably a combined technical and business education (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering/brewing/beverage technology and business administration, or equivalent)
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales or consulting within mechanical and plant engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
  • Goal-oriented and structured working style
  • Strong team skills, assertiveness and a professional demeanor
  • Efficient time management and flexibility to adapt to project requirements
  • High customer focus and strong negotiation skills
  • Business-fluent English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is desirable
  • Willingness to travel internationally
