About the role

  • Planning, execution and follow-up of internal system and process audits
  • Conducting and supporting root cause analyses, developing corrective actions and ensuring their implementation
  • Managing and implementing the application of specific management system methods (e.g., QM methods such as FMEA using APIS IQ Software 8.0)
  • Leading IMS projects to model company-wide or department-specific management system processes together with the involved areas in a process management tool
  • Planning, preparing and delivering IMS training
  • Preparing for, conducting/supporting and following up on supplier, customer and certification audits
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Management System
  • Advising and taking responsibility for cross-functional IMS implementation teams

Requirements

  • University degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of the current management standards ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 as well as ISO 14001:2015
  • Ideally, good knowledge of ISO 17025:2018, ISO 50001, ISO 45001:2016, ISO 27001:2022 and TISAX
  • Completed auditor qualification/training in the management standards
  • Several years of professional experience in management systems – quality management/quality assurance and environmental management
  • Good knowledge of customer-specific regulations and the requirements of the automotive industry
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • High level of analytical and conceptual skills, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong process orientation and high digital literacy
