- Operational responsibility for IT services at the Hamburg site in collaboration with a global IT organization
- Prioritization, handling and tracking of incidents and changes within a structured ticket management system
- Operational support and maintenance of the local network infrastructure
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for IT and communication systems
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in IT with relevant professional experience
- Solid experience in IT service / IT operations and in the successful implementation of IT projects
- Practical experience and sound basic knowledge of network infrastructure
