About the role

  • You will assume functional and disciplinary responsibility for the Guard/Security department, directly managing currently 9 employees.
  • Ensure required staffing levels and qualifications in the Guard/Security area.
  • Develop concepts for the continuous improvement of the area, including optimizing existing processes and implementing new ones.
  • Improve traffic safety on the plant premises and support projects to enhance overall plant safety.
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain open communication and constructive collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Continuously implement and enforce occupational safety measures and monitor compliance with safety regulations, policies and instructions.
  • Take responsibility for and optimize the company suggestion scheme / idea management.
  • Visualize processes for your area and produce analyses, reports and planning files.

Requirements

  • A completed technical degree is desirable.
  • Relevant professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing company operating in a multi-shift system.
  • No criminal record or relevant entries on the certificate of conduct.
  • Independent, analytical and results-oriented thinking and working style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, modern leadership approach, willingness to shape processes, decisiveness, intrinsic drive for sustainable optimization, hands-on mentality and strong communication skills.
  • Confident user of MS Office and the relevant SAP modules.
  • Willingness to implement and participate in a weekend on-call duty.
