About the role
- Project responsibility and preliminary planning of nurse call systems
- Installation, maintenance and servicing of safety-related systems
- Analysis and evaluation of technical issues
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Handling written correspondence in the workplace
- Point of contact for colleagues and customers in the specific technical field
- Support for sales, cold calling, and management of projects for existing customers
- Participation in the on-call duty roster
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a recognized electronics trade
- Experience in nurse call technology (DIN 0834) or comparable systems
- Knowledge of Ackermann systems and Schrack VisoCall IP
- Customer-oriented attitude and way of thinking
- Interest in working independently and taking responsibility
- Valid Class B driving license (car)
