About the role
- The Director of Virtual Care Delivery is responsible for the oversight and management of clinical care across our virtual care organization.
- This leader will supervise a multidisciplinary care team, ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, recruit and manage a high performance team, and lead the implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols across programs.
- Focus on clinical team performance, care delivery standards, supervision of clinicians, patient outcomes, and operational excellence.
- Ensure our services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with evidence-based lifestyle medicine practices.
Requirements
- Advanced clinical degree (e.g., NP, PA, RD, RN, LCSW, or equivalent) with active U.S. licensure.
- 10+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Experience leading and scaling clinical operations in digital health, telehealth, or virtual care organizations.
- Experience with GI and/or metabolic conditions a plus
- Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond normal responsibilities to provide the best care possible
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in lifestyle medicine, preventive health, chronic disease management, or population health
- Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong personal computing skills - remote work experience preferred
