About the role
- Support the execution of European marketing plans to drive successful product adoption in a competitive marketplace.
- Assist in translation of marketing strategies into Marketing Communication and Channel strategies (towards HCP’s and general public, ensuring cultural appropriateness).
- Support the development and approval of social media posts.
- Coordinate tradeshow activities for Tier 1 and Tier 2 conferences, including registration, payments, booth setup, accommodation, coordination with sales and physician events, social media presence, and post-show follow-up.
- Provide support for Professional Education events to include event registration systems, managing invites, and travel arrangements.
- Assist sales and professional education teams with digital content and advertising around conferences and events.
- Support with on-site logistics for key meetings as required.
- Maintain and manage the database of event attendees.
- Assists with metrics and analysis on events.
- Gather required information on upcoming conferences (e.g. event prospectus) and coordinates regular calls around Saluda’s conference presence to ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
- Communicate and update stakeholders at various levels on conference plans, timelines, deliverables and expectations, program performance, and results.
- Manage Saluda’s marketing events calendar to ensure visibility across commercial and leadership teams.
- Maintain conference asset inventory (e.g., booth displays, table drapes, brochures) to ensure proper storage, maintenance, and availability.
- Track conference expenses against budget and ensure alignment with forecasts.
- Assist with purchase order requests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience organizing conferences, tradeshows, or professional education events
- Ability and willingness to travel for conferences and events as required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
