About the role
- Design and launch a centralized customer-facing function combining inside sales and customer support/call centre.
- Build clear operating structure: roles, responsibilities, KPIs, performance review cycles and incentive schemes.
- Lead and coach a results-driven team, setting targets and driving execution.
- Deliver performance targets
- Forecast volumes, project team composition and hiring needs; plan scalable growth and budget.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to align roadmap, onboarding flows and conversion levers.
- Continuously iterate on playbooks, scripts, tooling and reporting to improve conversion, retention and revenue per customer.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience leading account management, inside sales or call-centre teams in a fast-growth environment.
- Strong operational builder: designing processes, metrics, incentive plans and review cycles.
- Data-driven: comfortable with targets, forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on leader who can hire, coach and scale small teams to exceed targets.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
