Account Executive

• Own SaltzApp expansion in your city!
• You’ll find and contact new venues, meet chefs and managers, demonstrate how the app works, and support their orders — from cozy lunch spots to Michelin-level restaurants.
• You’ll manage around 10–15 meetings per week and be responsible for follow-up to ensure no lead is left hanging.
• You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding targets.

Field Sales Executive

Backend Engineer

• Build and improve core marketplace features in PHP (Laravel)
• Develop tools that streamline logistics, warehouse operations, and order flows
• Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Participate in architectural decision-making as we scale our systems
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code that supports long-term growth
• Work with MySQL and Redis to build fast, scalable APIs and background workers
• Improve performance, reliability, and system resilience across the platform
• Use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to ensure smooth and safe deployments
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in a flat structure
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold good engineering practices

Backend Engineer – PHP, Laravel

• You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission is to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that actually makes their lives easier
• You’ll manage about 10–15 meetings a week and you’ll be responsible for following up and making sure no one is left hanging
• You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work towards hitting or exceeding targets
• You’ll show chefs a demo of our application, in their own environment, how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable
• You’ll use our CRM (don't worry, we’ll teach you!) and other tools to keep notes on your progress so the whole team can support you

Customer Support

• Provide outstanding customer support to chefs and restaurants, both reactively and proactively
• Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
• Handle claims and escalated cases with empathy and efficiency.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally (report issues to suppliers, logistics, and product teams)
• Become a trusted partner for our clients, helping them navigate orders, deliveries, and product information.

Customer Support Manager

• Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant owners, F&B managers and persuade them to start placing orders through the platform
• Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts — your responsibility is to grow them, not just maintain them
• Visit clients regularly: walk the kitchen, understand their challenges, and identify where Saltz can add more value
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by asking the right questions and listening carefully
• Build relationships with key stakeholders — chefs, GMs, procurement teams — so they see you as a trusted advisor
• Work closely with internal teams to turn client feedback into actionable product and service improvements
• Drive growth by keeping as many accounts as possible actively ordering
• Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings where your HoReCa credibility opens doors

Account Manager

• Design and launch a centralized customer-facing function combining inside sales and customer support/call centre.
• Build clear operating structure: roles, responsibilities, KPIs, performance review cycles and incentive schemes.
• Lead and coach a results-driven team, setting targets and driving execution.
• Deliver performance targets
• Forecast volumes, project team composition and hiring needs; plan scalable growth and budget.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to align roadmap, onboarding flows and conversion levers.
• Continuously iterate on playbooks, scripts, tooling and reporting to improve conversion, retention and revenue per customer.

Head of Account Management Support Team

• You will primarily work in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier
• You run approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up
• You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets
• You deliver live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment
• You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team

Field Sales Executive – m/f/d

Outside Sales

• You will be primarily working in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier
• You will run roughly 10–15 meetings per week and own the entire sales cycle – from cold outreach through on-site pitches to the first order
• You will plan your week independently and work toward meeting or exceeding your targets
• You will present live demos of the Saltz app in the restaurants’ working environment and show how simple and reliable orders via Saltz are
• You will document your activities and progress in the CRM (HubSpot) so the team can leverage your insights and support you effectively
• As a senior member of the team, you will support new colleagues during onboarding, share best practices and help them become successful quickly
• You will play a key role in new city launches to help expand our presence

Field Sales Manager

• You will primarily work in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely simplifies their daily work
• You conduct approximately 10–15 meetings per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up
• You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding your targets
• You give chefs live demos of the Saltz app directly in their working environment
• You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team
