Account Manager

• Own the relationship and performance of a portfolio of customer accounts
• Provide reactive support via phone, email, and in-app messaging
• Execute proactive customer outreach based on lifecycle strategies and defined triggers
• Drive retention, reactivation, and account expansion through structured engagement

• Monitor and improve supplier performance (availability, refunds, service quality, fulfilment reliability)
• Build systems and processes for supplier performance tracking and optimisation
• Lead and coordinate a small account managers team (1–2 people)
• Drive supplier GMV expansion through structured initiatives and co-promotion campaigns
• Identify underperformance risks and implement corrective action plans

• Build and improve core marketplace features in PHP (Laravel)

• Participate in architectural decision-making as we scale our systems
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code that supports long-term growth
• Work with MySQL and Redis to build fast, scalable APIs and background workers
• Improve performance, reliability, and system resilience across the platform
• Use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to ensure smooth and safe deployments
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in a flat structure
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold good engineering practices

Backend Engineer, PHP, Laravel

Sales

• Own Saltz Marketplace's expansion in your city!
• You'll be the key link between Saltz Marketplace and your city's restaurants - finding and connecting with new restaurants, meeting chefs and managers, and showing them how our app makes their lives easier.
• You'll support them from their first order onwards, whether it's a cozy lunch spot or a Michelin-level kitchen.
• Actively find and win new restaurant partners by visiting them in person.
• Present our innovative app solution and show chefs how Saltz makes ordering effortless.
• Manage your own schedule to meet with restaurant managers and chefs across the city (40-60 meetings per month).
• Build and nurture great relationships with your new partners, helping them get the most out of our platform.
• Confidently guide chefs through live demos of the app.

Junior Sales Manager

• Provide outstanding customer support to chefs and restaurants, both reactively and proactively
• Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
• Handle claims and escalated cases with empathy and efficiency.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally (report issues to suppliers, logistics, and product teams)
• Become a trusted partner for our clients, helping them navigate orders, deliveries, and product information.
