Operations

• Own our hardware end to end, from leased laptops, where you manage the lifecycle and the relationship with our leasing partner, to the accessories and buffer stock that keep everyone equipped, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Keep the warehouse running. Be the first responder when a scanner or logistics device goes down, manage the fleet through our MDM (Hexnode), and hold a spares buffer on site so a single failure never stalls operations.
• Be the person people come to when something breaks. Wi-Fi, a dead mic, a locked account, an MFA reset. You're the calm, fast fix.
• Make onboarding effortless and offboarding airtight - every new joiner fully set up before day one, and every device, account, and accessory tracked and accounted for at every stage.
• Own tools and licenses. Keep the master list of who pays for what, and flag renewals before they auto-charge.
• Write the playbook. Build the equipment, accessories, and offboarding policies (with Finance, People, and Legal) that make all of this repeatable as we scale.
• You'll work closely with People, Finance, and Legal, and own the leasing-partner relationship directly.

IT Operations Specialist – Junior/Mid

Account Executive

• Own SaltzApp expansion in your city!
• You’ll find and contact new venues, meet chefs and managers, show how the app works, and support their orders, from cozy lunch spots to Michelin-level places.
• You’ll manage about 10–15 meetings a week and you’ll be responsible for following up and making sure no one is left hanging.
• You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work towards hitting or exceeding targets.
• You’ll show chefs a demo of our application, in their own environment, how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable.
• You’ll use our CRM (don't worry, we’ll teach you!) and other tools to keep notes on your progress so the whole team can support you.

Field Sales Executive

Customer Support

• Handle inbound calls from restaurants to help resolve ordering and delivery issues and provide effective solutions
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and driving additional revenue when appropriate
• Call newly registered restaurants that have expressed interest in high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convert, and onboard them within 10 days
• Manage written communication channels, including reviewing and logging claims
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow

Customer Support Representative, German

• Communicate with all related stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow

Customer Support Representative, Polish

• Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant owner, F&B managers and convince them to start placing orders using the platform
• Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts — your job is to grow them, not just maintain them
• Visit clients regularly: walk the kitchen, understand their challenges, find where Saltz can do more for them
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by asking the right questions and listening carefully
• Build relationships with the people who matter — chefs, GMs, procurement teams — so they think of you as a trusted advisor
• Work closely with the teams to turn client feedback into actionable input for the platform
• Drive growth by keeping as many accounts as possible actively ordering
• Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings where your HoReCa credibility opens doors
