About the role

  • You will primarily work in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely simplifies their daily work
  • You conduct approximately 10–15 meetings per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up
  • You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding your targets
  • You give chefs live demos of the Saltz app directly in their working environment
  • You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team

Requirements

  • Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or served as a concierge — you know the fast-paced world of hospitality. Career changers are welcome!
  • Initial experience in sales or customer-facing part-time roles is a big plus
  • You enjoy being out and about, entering kitchens and building personal relationships with chefs and managers
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally
  • Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently in addition to German or English
