About the role

  • You will primarily work in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier
  • You run approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up
  • You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets
  • You deliver live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment
  • You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team

Requirements

  • Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality. Career changers are welcome!
  • Some experience in sales or customer-facing part-time roles is a big plus
  • You enjoy being on the move, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally
  • Bonus: fluent proficiency in additional languages besides German or English
