About the role
- Own Saltz.App expansion in your city! You’ll find and contact new venues, meet chefs and managers, show how the app works, and support their orders, from cozy lunch spots to Michelin-level places.
- You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens, introducing chefs and owners to a marketplace that truly simplifies their operations
- You’ll manage 10–15 meetings per week, handling the full sales cycle from cold outreach to first order, including pitches on-site, follow-ups, and reporting
- You’ll plan and optimize your weekly schedule to consistently hit or exceed targets while directly reporting to our Head of Field Sales
- You’ll demonstrate our application to chefs and managers in their environment, showing how Saltz makes ordering simple, reliable, and efficient
- You’ll maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring the team can support you and benefit from your insights
- As a senior team member, you’ll mentor and coach new joiners, sharing best practices and helping them ramp up quickly
- You’ll play a key role in new city launches to help grow our presence effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally in field sales and scale-ups.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales process: cold acquisition, on-site pitches, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Energetic about being in the field, building relationships with chefs and managers face-to-face
- Very good oral and written Lithuanian and English skills
- Strong mentoring skills, helping onboard and guide less experienced team members
- Comfortable leading conversations, listening actively, solving problems, and confidently closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot, for reporting and pipeline management
- Ability to quickly adapt and perform: within 2 months, you should be consistently reaching target
