About the role

  • Build and grow a portfolio: You manage your own portfolio of enterprise clients, including DAX40 & TecDAX companies, and sustainably develop stable, trust-based relationships.
  • Identify needs & unlock potential: You uncover new use cases and opportunities, leverage your network, warm introductions & referrals, and further develop existing accounts.
  • Consultative selling & strengthen partnerships: You work closely with decision‑makers such as C‑level executives, HR and procurement, understand their challenges, and deliver the right solutions for long‑term collaboration.
  • Ensure onboarding & success: You ensure a smooth start for new enterprise clients (>2,000 FTEs), coordinate internal teams such as BDA, and make sure all processes work together seamlessly.
  • Provide feedback & drive improvement: You monitor the market, proactively collect customer feedback, and communicate it in a structured way to Product & Marketing to continuously improve the platform.
  • Leverage experience & collaborate: You optimize internal processes such as CRM usage, support demos or integrations, and work closely with colleagues to multiply successes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in B2B sales / account management.
  • Ideally a background in recruiting, SaaS, or IT & services.
  • Driven, curious, and solution‑oriented.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • Confident presence when engaging with decision‑makers.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs.
  • Comfortable interacting with C‑level executives and stakeholders (HR, procurement, business units).
  • Self‑driven, structured, with a consultative sales style; high ownership and a preference for building long‑term success rather than chasing quick wins.
